By accessing or using our website (https://www.novacdawn.com) and purchasing any digital or physical products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the website and our Services.

Novac Dawn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

1. Use of Website and Intellectual Property

Novac Dawn grants users limited access to the website for personal, non-commercial purposes such as viewing products, placing orders, and accessing purchased materials.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, modify, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the website (including images, models, renders, text, graphics, logos, scripts, and other digital assets) without written permission from Novac Dawn.

All content on the site is protected under Romanian copyright law (Law no. 8/1996), EU intellectual property regulations, and international copyright treaties.

2. Digital Products (STL Files) – Download Policy

When you purchase a digital product (STL file), a download link is automatically generated and remains active for 30 days.

If your link expires, contact us at novacdawn.office@gmail.com with your order number and we will generate a new 30-day link.

Digital product downloads are final. Once files are downloaded, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Before purchase, customers are encouraged to review product images, descriptions, scale notes, and compatibility information.

3. Digital Files License (Personal Use Only)

Unless you hold a separate commercial license, all digital files purchased from Novac Dawn are for personal use only.

You may not:

Republish, redistribute, or share our digital files
Sell or trade STL files
Modify, edit, or alter the digital files
Upload our files to any platform, cloud storage, or marketplace
Use our files in crowdfunding campaigns or commercial projects
Remove or alter watermarks, embedded signatures, or logos in the mesh

Purchasing STL files does not transfer ownership. You receive a license to use them personally, while all rights remain with Novac Dawn.

4. Physical 3D Printed Products

Novac Dawn offers physical resin prints of selected models.

For physical products:

Each item is handmade and may include minor imperfections typical of resin prints
Processing time varies depending on the model and production queue
Photos on the website are representative; minor surface variations may occur

Shipping:
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is correct. Novac Dawn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

Returns:
Due to the fragile nature of 3D printed miniatures, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

5. Commercial License (Merchant Tier)

Selling physical 3D prints of Novac Dawn models requires an active Commercial License, available through our Merchant Tier on MyMiniFactory.

Holders of an active Merchant Tier subscription receive:

A non-transferable commercial license to sell physical prints of Novac Dawn models
A Welcome Pack and custom bases
A 50% Novac Dawn store discount
Permission to sell printed models painted or unpainted

Through this license, merchants agree to the following rules:

Merchants must credit Novac Dawn as the creator in all listings
Merchants may sell only physical printed models, not digital files
Merchants may not edit, alter, or modify the mesh
Merchants may not remove logos, resculpt, or create derivatives
Merchants may not cast or mass-produce the models
Merchants may use only promotional images provided directly by Novac Dawn
Merchants may not use our models in any crowdfunding campaigns

If a Merchant Tier subscription ends, all commercial rights immediately terminate.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments on novacdawn.com are processed through Shopify Payments, which securely accepts:

Credit and debit cards
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Local payment methods supported by Shopify Payments

No card information is processed or stored by Novac Dawn.
All transactions are encrypted and handled exclusively by Shopify’s secure servers.

Prices are listed in RON and include VAT where required. Currency conversions may apply depending on your bank.

7. Comments, User-Generated Content, and Community Behavior

Users may leave comments or reviews on the website. By posting content, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content
Your content does not violate any laws or intellectual property
Your content is not defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful
Your content does not contain advertisements or solicitations

Novac Dawn reserves the right to remove any comments that violate these terms.

By posting content, you grant Novac Dawn a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, or edit the content.

8. Age Restrictions

Our services and products are intended for adults.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

Novac Dawn is not responsible for:

Losses resulting from misuse of STL files
Damage caused by improper 3D printing or post-processing
Losses caused by shipping delays or courier errors
Interruptions or errors on the website
Damages arising from reliance on outdated or incorrect website information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all products and services are provided “as is.”

10. External Links and Third-Party Services

This website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Shopify, MyMiniFactory, PayPal, or social media sites.

Novac Dawn is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of external websites.

11. Modification or Updates to the Terms

Novac Dawn may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
