SHIPPING POLICY (EU ONLY)

Thank you for choosing Novac Dawn | Miniatures.
This Shipping Policy applies to all physical 3D-printed products purchased through our online store.


1. Digital Products (STL Files)

Digital products are delivered instantly via download after purchase.
No shipping is required.
Digital files are available worldwide.


2. Physical Products — EU Shipping Only

We currently ship physical 3D-printed miniatures only within the European Union.
We do not offer shipping outside the EU for physical products due to high international courier costs.

Digital products remain available only in European Union.


3. Processing Time (Print-on-Demand)

All physical products (3D Printed Products) are printed on demand.
We do not hold stock.

Processing time: 4–10 working days
This timeframe includes printing, curing, cleaning, assembling, and packing your order before shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the parcel has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Time

Romania

2–4 working days after the order has been shipped.

European Union

4–10 working days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are provided by the courier and may vary due to national holidays, weather conditions, sorting delays, or other unforeseen events.

Shipments are typically handled by:

  • FAN Courier (Romania)

  • GLS

  • DPD

  • Romanian Post (for smaller parcels)


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • parcel weight

  • courier pricing

All shipping charges are shown before payment.


6. Customs, VAT & Import Taxes


Orders shipped outside the European Union (such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland) may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Novac Dawn has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Please verify your address carefully during checkout.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items

  2. Contact us within 7 days at novacdawn.office@gmail.com

We will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution depending on the case.


9. Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost if:

  • 30 days have passed since dispatch

  • and the tracking information shows no delivery

We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
